Description: 
  1. Project Scope includes.
    1. Supply and install a commercial grade 6-foot-high chain link fence from the existing York St. side fence to the existing Cannon St. side fence. Fence should be black vinyl coated galvanized steel mesh. A fence will be installed approximately 225 feet from the fence line on Hess Street to the middle of the field. The newly installed fence will be approximately 285 ft in length.
      1. Install a double wide gate (6ft opening) in the middle of the fence that is being installed.
        1. This fence will also require a plastic protector on top of the mesh (plastic drainpipe, or similar).
          1. All posts need to be set in cement.
            1. The existing man gate on Cannon St. side (near Hess Street) needs to be made accessible, safe and lockable.
              1. Inspect existing fences to ensure safety and security.
                1. All vegetation growing along and through the existing fence line mesh needs to be removed. All the mesh fences need to be repaired as needed to be secure.
                2. Approximately 14 large mature trees on perimeter will require lifting, pruning of branches and deadwood removal to ensure safe use of the field.
                3. Establish the surface of the existing turf to a height of 3 inch. Removal of any excessive cuts will be required if needed.
                4. Remove all areas of decomposing leaves and litter inside and outside of fence lines of Cannon, York and Hess to mitigate rodent activity.
                5. Fill in holes or depressions in the field with soil. Top dress weak areas with triple mix and plant turf grass seed where needed.
                6. Roll field to ensure smooth out trip hazards.
                7. Magnetic sweeps the entire field to ensure removal of any hazards.
